"But I am the creator of all mankind in all of its phases and forms. From me proceed the four castes, with their distinguishing qualities and activities. Know me as the creator of all these, though in Myself I am changeless and without qualities.

"In my essence I am free from the effects of action; and I have not any desire for rewards or the fruits of actions; for these things are produced by My power and have no hold upon Me.
