The temple, was cleansed. Isa. 56:7, Jer. 7:11. Jesus' discourse with the Priests, Scribes and Elders in the temple.

The Pharisees --- Herodians, the Sadducees, and one of the Pharisees who was a Scribe, questioned Jesus. Jesus questioned the Pharisees.

Ps. 118:22. Stone --- perfected humanity. The Sadducees were confuted. Jesus reproved them with Divine eloquence. The Christ is THE Son not A Son. Luke 20:41.

Jesus foretells the destruction of the temple as he takes his final leave of it: and, on the Mount of Olives, teaches four of his disciples what were the signs of the Son of Man's coming with power and great glory --- "Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled".

The text shows us very clearly that Jesus had made all necessary preparations for the Passover the Lord's Supper, and from now on, until his work with them was completed, they, especially Judas, followed his directions.
