as the chosen. "For this cause have I raised thee up for to shine in thee my power, and that My name may be declared throughout the earth."

In Jesus' parable of the wedding supper, we are shown who the "chosen" are. When those who were especially bidden would not come, did not "choose" to come, the king said to his servants, "Go into the highways and as many as ye shall find, bid to the wedding." So the servants went out and gathered together all, as many as they found, both good and bad, and the wedding was furnished with guests. "For many (all) are called, but few are chosen." He who chooses to come, is chosen. Only the Divine in man will choose to enter in.
