Great Waters = Anima Mundi, of which our particular Anima (from Animus) is only a minute atom subject to the swirl of the vortices of the Infinite of Anima Mundi. But Anima Dei separates us from all this, and we get above Anima Mundi and use it. It becomes only the vehicle of our will. A New Song (verse 9) note how often the idea of song is connected in Scripture with that of Creation a New song and a New Creation Vox and Music. Music evolving within itself without needing any external object as in painting, etc., representing the Eternal Originating Movement of the ONE within itself. Hence, the Pythagorean Music of the Spheres. “Giveth Salvation” (verse 10). God The Spirit, is alone the Saviour. Salvation is a continuous operation of the Spirit, continually saving us from evil. “Whose God is the Lord” (verse 15). To know God as “the Lord “= the Spirit, i.e., one with ourself, and not as an external power forcing us, in Peace, Joy, and Life.
