portrayed in the Greek woman (Mark vii:2530) who so believed in the goodness and power of God that nothing could stop her prayers. The disciples could not hush her, and even Jesus could not argue her off from her faith. The great Spirit within her gave her words that answered his, and won the day. She would have reasoned with God Himself, and, like Jacob, she would have won.

The Spirit that knows no failure nor discouragement is the Spirit of God. "He shall not fail nor be discouraged, until he have set judgment in the earth" (Is. xlii:4). "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne" (Rev. iii:21).
