Our divine birthright is Individuality, which may be manifest in the flesh by our being true to our God, and by acknowledging His right only to control us, and govern our minds and actions.

Those who practice with Truth grow clearer in mind, purer in character, healthier and stronger in body the more they use it, and live by it. They do not grow exhausted in their healing power, but gain continually by giving. By this the true practice may be known.

Laws of health.

The laws of health are Spiritual, not material, and they cannot be broken, for they are of God. Whoever abides by them will never know any limitation to his strength in doing good, nor lose his health or life while in unselfish service for others. The first law of health in which your consciousness must be well rooted is: God is your health, and the source and cause of your health. Your health and strength do not depend upon what you eat, neither can they be affected by anything you eat. Man does not live by material bread, but Man lives by the Word of God. To realize that the Thoughts of God and not material things feed us is to find ourselves freed from anxiety about eating and drinking. It is not what we eat that poisons the blood or weakens the system, but our thoughts of evil. “There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the
