A slight mistake at the beginning of the solution of a problem may cause the answer to be far from true.

“Whatsoever is not of faith is sin” (Rom. 14:23),and the trifling admissions of the presence and power of evil are

“the little foxes that spoil the vines.”

These must be eradicated utterly, for they have no part in the Divine Presence. The woman who frets, either secretly or openly, has no abiding place in the Kingdom of Heaven, but has all she can do to drive away headaches and dyspepsia, the natural outcome of her states of mind. The man who is filled with doubts and distrust concerning his fellowmen, or indulges either silently or aloud in sarcasm and criticism, cannot rest in the realm of heavenly peace --- he must look after his rheumatism. Only the one who faithfully holds to the power and law of the Good can remain in perpetual happiness.

God’s government universal.

The government of God is universal and omnipotent. Its laws are altogether spiritual and good. The true Man governs all things by the power of Mind, and being the image of God is subject to nothing but God, or Good.

The Child of the Most High is not influenced by the opinions of people or the advice of false counselors. He reflects only that which is highest and best in all mentalities. In your true Being you never “take on” diseases or become subject to contagion. “He shall deliver thee from the noisome pestilence. . .

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.”
