"Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind."

The writer was a clear-thinking man; he knew that God does not esteem one day above another. Had not Jesus already said that the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath? In all such matters the only criterion is our own judgment. That which our own

consciousness makes clear is clear, and this inner guide plus reason, will reveal Truth to anyone.

God knows nothing about outward forms and ceremonies.

The inner parts must be made clean and receptive to the Divine Influx, nothing else matters.

"There is nothing unclean of itself."

Here is a great lesson: things, of themselves, are not unclean, although we often make them so: to the pure all is pure, to the clean all is clean; a clean mind will manifest in a clean body and environment. The law of cause and effect again.

We are to follow that which makes for peace and with peace in our minds we shall find peace wherever we go. The man who does not condemn that which he does, is happy; here is a practical lesson in the science of psychology. When we do that which the inner light forbids, we create complexes on the subjective side of life which irritate the inner thought, producing confusion in everything we do.

If psychology has taught us anything it has taught that we cannot think one way and act another without confusion. When the emotions are in conflict with the intellect and the will, disastrous results follow.

The way to avoid confusion is to think and act clearly. This alone would heal many of our diseases. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin, or a mistake. Sin means making a mistake or missing the mark.

A careful self-analysis is good for all. We should keep the inner mind clear by never contradicting our highest values or compromising with our emotions. A false thought can be consciously removed by a true one; thus

complexes are removed from the mind through right thinking.

We should never condemn ourselves or others and never allow others to condemn us. That to which the mind reacts affirmatively will appear to be true to the one believing it, even though it be erroneous. The law is no respecter of persons and will act as law in each and every case.

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world.

But as it is written, Eye bath not seen, nor ear heard,
neither have entered into the heart of man.

The things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But God bath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:
for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

For what man knoweth the things of man, save the spirit of man which is in him?

Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God;

That we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God:
For they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?

But we have the mind of Christ.
