God does not cease to forgive; it is wayward man that ceases to receive. We must be receptive to the Divine Presence, else it will not seem to exist for us.

If you wish to be forgiven a certain vice, you must silently and faithfully speak the word that sets others free from that same vice. It is God in you --- the Good, Truth, in you --- that is the forgiving power.

As long as one believes in sin, so long will he believe in punishment for sin, and no one can escape the effect of sin, suffering, but by the putting away from him of all sinful thinking, speaking, and doing.

If we believe another ought to be punished for sin, that punishment is as likely to come to us as to the other, although we may not consider ourselves as deserving of punishment. So the only true attitude of mind is to be glad and willing to see everyone set free from punishment, and to be an instrument in the divine hands for the consummation of this great work by being glad and willing to give the Truth to all who will receive it in place of the error which they seem to be holding. For the only freedom from punishment is in knowing the Truth.
