spitefulness, and all the murderous brood forever. Watch your thoughts continuously, and let only the Christ-love reign in your heart and mind. To every angry thought say, “I know you not,” or “You are not of me,” or “No,” or “There is no evil,” or “It is nothing” --- some form of true denial which “prepares the way of the Lord,” and thus gets the mind ready to entertain the true thought, the Christ --- ”Love is all,” “Peace,” “Almighty Good reigns,” affirmations of the true.

The Spirit will inspire you with some word or sentence to which you can always resort the instant the temper begins to rise. One student was healed by using the sentence, “Love is patient and kind ;“ another found great help in “All is Good ;“a third would watch her breath and heart and say, “Peace! be still,” over and over until unmoved.

Also the word of Truth must be spoken for your neighbor that needs to be redeemed from angry passions. In order that you may be wholly forgiven (he given the Christ-thought in place of evil-thinking) you must forgive others, which is, to give them the Christ-thought in place of evil-thinking. Has some one you know an evil temper? Does some one continually scold, and fret, and find fault? Tell him the Truth about himself --- tell it mentally:

“You are the child of Love, and Love rules your every thought. You are, in your real Self, gentle and loving, patient and kind. God is your peace. Christ reigns in your heart. You love to he kind and gentle. God bless you.”
