8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak; for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
12 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
This is a Psalm of the removal of the apprehension of God’s anger and of the realization of the life-givingness which God is in truth. The anger is the reflection of the Law, and not the direct action of the Divine Law or the Divine Volition, which can be always lifeward. The Knowledge of this shows that God Himself is our salvation (versus 4, 7, 9). Righteousness = thinking in the true order and not in the an inverted order, is the cause of all this. It is in Heaven (verse 11), ie. in principio. The result may appear in Earth, ie.,, in Externals, as Truth = The True Order, the opposite of every form of disorder. The Lord, or the Law Personal, gives only good (verse 12). We have not
