10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

Psalm II. Opposition by those who deny the Personal control of God over human affairs — and by those who oppose the practical guidance which the Divine Spirit would give them through those instruments who are “anointed” for this purpose. Here also those two principles of God’s control and Man’s sonship must ultimately prevail, for they are nothing else than the practical application of the Universal Law of Truth.

LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

3 But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

4 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah
