CHAPTER III.

NATURE’S DEVIL.

WITH our last chapter we left creation in good order, with the third principle of nature, order, in possession, and everything showing a clear blue. If life itself had taken a vacation with us, we should have seen twenty-four hours of such blues as no one has dreamed. No change anywhere, just a world vibrating to the tone of order, sky blue; a universe of blue, bas­relief against a blue sky!

Happily all the seven principles kept on working while we played.

To re-state :— First, there is Force, the first principle, the principle of attraction, that draws things, atoms, worlds, and people together.
