will be deceived. He who slanders will, in his turn, be bitten—it may not be by a slander but by a scourging, physical disease.
Divine metaphysics prove the logic and law back of the Golden Rule—
”AIl things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.”
—Matt. 7 :12.
For if we are not under the law of the Christ every word and deed will bring forth after its kind, and as it is with plants, the fruits will often far exceed the small seeds sown.
“It is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.”
—Luke 16 :17.
But if we have the simplest knowledge of the Christ-truth, then can the heavens and the earth (the old conceptions) be rolled together like a scroll, and be clean dissolved to our consciousness, and we live in the new heavens and the new earth, exempt from the karmic laws of good for good and evil for evil.
Fate, destiny, astrological laws, and karma are all under the control of him who knows his Christhood. “Though his sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” (Is. i :18), and not one seed need to bring forth an evil harvest, but
“every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”
