| of a loved one, I affirm, "There is only freedom in Christ." I do not worry or grieve, either for myself or for another. I enter into the Christ consciousness of faith and trust. I turn to the silent place of prayer within my heart, knowing that God's will for me and for all is good.
If others appear to me to be doing the wrong thing or taking wrong action in matters of importance, I refuse to become anxious about results. I turn again to the thought, "I am free with the freedom of Christ," and reject the heaviness that accompanies human judgment and personal reasoning. I refrain from outer argument, even from well-meant suggestion. I release the situation. I establish myself in a consciousness of inner harmony, peace, and well-being, and I have faith that God's divine plan of good for all concerned is being brought forth.
My true Christ self is a joyous, peaceful, trusting self. This is the way I was created. I maintain the awareness of my true self by remembering that I am not a creature of burdens, weights, and fears, but a free and perfect child of the Most High. I remember that I am a child
