I know; for I have done just this in the very midst of work at the office, after a crowded, hurried day, when angered by a disturbing situation, when fearful of the bigness of life, when frightened about the safety of a loved one. Declaring God's peace soothes mind and body, calms the spirit, and brings not only complete and wonderful peace, but a strength and courage unknown before.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give unto you."

"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee."

Perfect peace is yours. Take it, use it! It is God's gift to a beloved son, awaiting your acceptance. It is part of the Father's lavish and abundant love poured out upon those who are willing to receive, to use, and to give.
