Daisy Baum is an amazing writer and her course in Divine Science is a great delight. One of the more interesting facts about her life is that Dacono, Colorado was named after her. It was a settlement that grew up around a coal mine established by her husband. As the settlement grew, he named it Dacono, using the first two letters of her name, Cora Van Voorhies and Nona Brooks. Nona Brooks was one of the founders of the DivineScience denomination.
